14 Iris Oriental - Pierre Guillaume Paris
Eau de parfum
In the old wooden box that used to hold sweets, now lies a flower of Iris – delicate and fragile, but so short-lived. It was plucked just a minute ago, and its petals still quiver in the breeze.
Its aroma, a little bitter and earthy, is tinged with a delicate note of fig honey and an almost imperceptible rigor of wood, and the smell is almost human and carnal, like the touch of the hand on the smooth bark of an ancient tree standing right by a water.
The fragrance is complex and radiant, delicately sweet, gourmet and a bit flighty, but at the same time exquisitely austere and slightly earthy.
A true interpretation of the "perfect" Iris, dewy and warm in the sun.
Notes: Guatemalan cardamom, iris, agarwood, fig honey, black vanilla
