La Surprise - Parfums MDCI

Inspired by “The Pursuit”, one of Jean-Honore Fragonard's paintings, part of the famous series "The Process of Love". Cécile Zarokian has masterfully captured the lovely scene depicting the moment of first attraction and featuring a young woman surprised in a fragrant and romantic garden by an admirer, a rose in his hand.

Beautifully balanced between a romantic French vintage chypre and a modern burst of bright spicy energy, this perfume can be described as a timeless green floral with a musky and animalic base, as if suggesting the evolution of the innocent-at-first-sight events portrayed in the Fragonard’s masterpiece.
